Tender description
The initial project is to develop and prepare a full Regulatory Impact Analysis (RIA) for a legislative proposal of the Board of the Health and Safety Authority. The RIA must be conducted in adherence with the Government’s RIA Guidelines (2009). The final draft RIA will be brought to the Board of the Authority for approval to publish for public consultation. The successful tenderer will be required to analyse and collate submissions made to the public consultation and incorporate any additional data into the RIA analysis. The final RIA will be brought to the Board again for its consideration. Depending on the Board decision, the RIA may be submitted to the Department of Business, Enterprise and Innovation where it will be used to inform decision-making on this issue.
