Engineering design services

Tender description

The contracting authority, wishes to put in place a bespoke framework agreement with a suitably qualified consultant/s to act on behalf of the contracting authority in carrying out building design services (Lot 1) and civil engineering design services (Lot 2) at Dublin and Cork airports. The building design services partner will be expected to as a minimum provide the following services: — specialist services to include expertise in managing multi-disciplinary teams, project management and design coordination; — architectural services including planning, landscape, fire certs, building control, DAC and sustainability; — engineering services to include civil, structural, environmental, mechanical and electrical and ICT; — specialist advice and input to strategic infrastructure planning; — health and Safety services to include possibly being appointed PSDP; — any other services required to successfully deliver projects. The civil design services partner will be expected to as a minimum provide the following services: — specialist services to include expertise in managing major civil airfield/airside projects or equivalent, airfield/airside planning, project management and design coordination, — airfield/airside electrical design services; — engineering services to include civil, structural, mechanical and electrical and ICT; — health and Safety services to include possibly being appointed PSDP; — any other services required to successfully deliver projects.
