The Project comprises the removal of the existing fender piles and the design and construction of a new fender system to the Carlisle Pier, Dun Laoghaire Harbour. The appointed consultant will be required to review the initial feasibility report prepared for Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council and provide engineering consultancy services associated with the detailed design of the replacement fendering solution, PSDP services, tender documentation, management of the tender process, appointment of the contractor and PSCS, management of the project delivery, final account and final project report.
