Desk and Room Booking Solution to NHS BSW CCG (908)

Tender description

BSW CCG wants to engage a capable supplier to support them with the safe re-opening of its office which has limited capacity due to government guidelines in relation to social distancing. The following mandatory criteria are needed to ensure the requirements of the customer are met. The outcomes of this Project will ensure:  Avoid any unnecessary visits to the office where desks and/or meeting rooms are not available.  Manage the availability and booking of desks and meeting rooms.  Clearly show via a visual display on each desk which desk can and cannot be used.  Ensure desks are not re-used until necessary cleaning has taken place.  Record of who was in the office should contact tracing be required in the event of an outbreak.  Provide key information to staff around site COVID precautions when booking a desk or meeting room.  Enable the CCG to monitor desk utilisation to inform the future estate requirements as we move to a new normal.
