CONTRACT FOR THE PROVISION OF PROFESSIONAL TRUSTEE SERVICES TO HORSE RACING IRELAND AND SUBSIDIARIES

Tender description

Horse Racing Ireland (HRI) was established by the Irish Government under the Horse and Greyhound Racing Act 2001 and the Irish Horseracing Industry Act 1994. It is a commercial semi-state body that is responsible for the administration, promotion and development of Horse Racing in Ireland. HRI subsidiaries include Irish Thoroughbred Marketing Ltd (ITM), Tote Ireland Ltd and HRI Racecourse Division consisting of Leopardstown Racecourse, Fairyhouse Racecourse, Navan Racecourse, Tipperary Racecourse and Leopardstown Golf Centre. HRI Headquarters are located in Ballymany, Newbridge, Co Kildare. Horse Racing Ireland has a requirement for the provision of professional trusteeship services. The professional Trustee will be appointed to three schemes: (a) HRI & RRB & Associated Companies Defined Contribution Employee benefits Plan (b) Horse Racing Ireland and Racing Regulatory Body Superannuation Fund 2007 (c) Leopardstown Club Limited Group Retirement Plan Horse Racing Ireland is now seeking to appoint a Professional Trustee to the Trustee Board of these schemes to ensure compliance with statutory obligations and to ensure adherence to best practice with respect to the administration of the schemes.
