Castle Semple Visitor Centre Infrastructure Enhancement Project - Contract Variation

Tender description

Renfrewshire Council seeks to commission a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to conduct a design exercise (ultimate output being a RIBA stage 4 technical design) for new build and refurbishment elements to visitor and leisure infrastructure in Castle Semple Country Park. Castle Semple Country Park (the “Park”) is the most popular attraction within Clyde Muirshiel Regional Park. The Park’s 360,000 yearly visitors enjoy quality landscapes and an accessible network of routes that provide access to natural and built heritage. Park staff lead a programme of educational and leisure activity, supporting 8000 participants a year. The Park is a key resource for other private, community and voluntary organisations and supports their delivery of leisure, sporting and environmental pursuits.
