Tender description

This procurement has been designed to recognise the stock condition survey services company who will best fit The Hyde Groups (Hyde’s) vision and objectives to undertake around 5 500 sample based and targeted stock condition surveys during the 2020-2021 financial year together with the option to extend the agreement on an annual basis for an additional 3 years (4 years in total). Hyde aims to continue to commission circa 5 000 per annum over the duration of the agreement, however as volumes are unknown and tenders will be based on a priced matrix. Hyde aim to survey a property once every 5 years on an annual rolling programme. The majority of the commission is to visit un-surveyed properties or properties last surveyed over 5 years ago. The remainder will be for smaller targeted based surveys such as low SAP, electric heating or estate wides surveys.
