Boiler Plant Upgrade Works (Emergency Works)

Tender description

Heating Plant Upgrade to the school. The work shall be completed during the mid term break at the end of October 2020. Natural Gas Conversion. New Plant, equipment, pumps, pipework, flue, insulation, instrumentation controls valves and accessories. It is envisaged that a significant amount of off site construction will be required in order to meet the program for the works. The mechanical contractor shall act as main contractor for the works and shall fullfill the PSCS responsibilities. All insurances requirements are as per the Dept. of Education Requirements. Contractors must be able to demonstrate previous experience(3 no of similar plant room industrial heating upgrade projects, scale and time for completion ) of fulfilling the main contractor role.
