Bid Process for a Supply of Trees

Tender description

This procurement process is to provision a supply and delivery of 600 trees for Southend-on-Sea Borough Council. All Trees which are to be provided to the Council must have spent at least one full growing season in a UK nursery and follow recommendations 8.2.2 to 9.4.4 of BS 8545:2014 Trees: from nursery to independence in the Landscape Recommendations. The deadline for receipt of clarification requests relating to the Bid Documents: 14:00 Tuesday 13th October 2020. The deadline for submission of completed Bid Responses is: 14:00 Monday 19th October 2020. The Minimum Level Requirements are covered in detail in the Bid Documents provided. This includes, but is not limited to: detail on Financial Standing and Insurance.
