Tender description
Clare County Council (CCC) wishes to appoint the following design/consultancy services for Inis Cealtra (Holy Island) Visitor Experience, Scarriff Bay, Lough Derg, Co. Clare. The following design/consultancy services are required: • Lot 1: Integrated Design Team Services, • Lot 2: Integrated Project Manager and Quantity Surveyor Services, • Lot 3: Visitor Experience/Interpretation Consultant. Consultants for lot 1 must include as part of their application the following principal services/disciplines and specialists: Principal services: • architect (design team lead), • civil/structural engineer including marine and traffic, • mechanical and electrical engineer, • landscape architect. Specialists to include: • grade 1 conservation architect, • PSDP, • fire safety design, • DAC, • archaeologist including underwater archaeological surveys, • ecologist, • planning and environmental consultant. Consultants for lot 2 must include the following principal services: • project manager, • quantity surveyor.
