Tender description
2RN wishes to replace its server based VHF FM stereo transmission monitoring system. 2RN monitor and report antenna outputs independently of the transmission system. On FM, this is achieved by an off-air receiver network on the main stations and selected studios. The entire system needs to be replaced to ensure independent, monitoring is available to verify listener and customer complaints; verify information provided by the transmitters and telemetry system; verify Quality of Service factors that the transmitters and telemetry system cannot verify.
