Tender description
A single supplier contract which will include site investigations, design responsibility, ensuring authority and stakeholder consent, construction supervision and contract management in the capacity of structural works. The services will include, but shall not be limited to: (a) inspections of structures (excluding safety inspections); (b) site investigations prior to design works; (c) design of enhanced maintenance requirements; (d) outline design of improvements; (e) detailed design of improvements; (f) management and supervision of improvement works; (g) bridge strengthening proposals; (h) load assessments; (i) height surveys; (j) principal designer responsibilities under CDM 2015.
