Tender description
Graduation The University of Winchester confers awards for approximately 3 000 graduates each year. We hold our graduation ceremonies once a year (currently over a week in October) in Winchester Cathedral, with support services (gown hire, photography studios, ticket collection etc) being conducted in Winchester Guildhall. We are looking for suppliers to provide gown hire, photography and tickets under the 3 separate lots detailed below. Suppliers are welcome to bid for 1, 2 or all of the lots. For full details go to: https://in-tendhost.co.uk/winchester/aspx/ Return date: 12.00 noon 26.2.2020. The University requires a supplier to provide a gowning service for approximately 3 000 students. The University requires a supplier to provide studio photography for graduating students. The University requires a supplier to provide a full ticketing solution to manage guests for its graduation ceremony. The solution should include an online portal where guests can purchase tickets, a hotline to answer ticketing queries, design and printing of the tickets and delivery to the Guildhall for collection during graduation week.
