Tender description

Provision of specialist search and selection services for executive and senior leadership roles. In addition to executive and non-executive roles the DPS will also address C-Suite, Heads of Department and other hard to fill senior leadership roles. The FSCS is proposing to use the following category structure however the categories may change based on received feedback. (i) senior women leadership roles; (ii) BAME leadership roles; (iii) LGBTQIA leadership roles. We want to: deliver better customer experience whilst being agile and prepared for our digital future, respond to expectations for faster compensation, ensure staff embrace new ways of working and understand customers’ expectations and that we reflect the diverse communities we serve. The FSCS is seeking to establish a dynamic purchasing system for provision of specialist search and selection services for executive and senior leadership roles under 3 broad categories as follows. — senior women leadership roles, — BAME leadership roles, — LGBTQIA leadership roles. FSCS requires services to include senior leadership recruitment consultancy including but limited to talent management, board and executive team succession planning and recruitment and retention. In November 2018 we launched our new strategy: FSCS into the 2020s – Protecting the Future.
