ESB’s core values are based on the philosophy of operating our business with integrity and with complete respect for people and the environment with which we interact. Due to continued growth in our business, ESB now wishes to extend its network of expert resources to a second phase to support delivery of its national and international assignments, and to that end invites further expressions of interest from interested parties to participate in a Qualification system which will be used to source suitable individuals for future assignments. Suppliers who applied under phase 1 or 2 need not re-apply. The objective is to establish a list of pre-qualified expert consultants/professionals under specific Lots who are qualified to provide assistance to ESB in the provision of services to our clients. Thereafter, as demand requires, ESB may operate a further pre-qualification stage to short-list further based on more specific information. The ultimate aim being to identify up to 3 suitable candidates to invite into a negotiation round for each assignment requirement. The Qualification system is open both to consultancy companies ("Consultancy Companies") as well as independent individual expert consultants ("Individual Consultants"). However, the pre-qualification process will only consider details of named individual consultants whether originating from consultancy companies or independent individual expert consultants. Regions of operation are primarily: Europe, Asia, Middle East, Philippines, Africa and Canada. ESB is inviting expressions of interest from suitably experienced and qualified consultants under 12 Lots A to L.
