Tender description

The current security contract was procured via an OJEU procurement for a 3-year period with an optional 2-year extension awarded on a yearly basis which came to end on 3.1.2020. We have extended the current contract by a further 12 months as a strategic decision has been reached within South West London to work in collaboration with the other Croydon Health Services NHS Trusts to jointly procure future provision of security services. This extension will allow for continuation of services from the incumbent service to ensure the safety of the Trust’s staff and patients. The collaborative procurement for these requirements have been advertised and can be accessed under reference OJEU 2019/s 132-324307. Epsom and St Helier NHS Trust has extended the current contract for a 12-month period.
