Proposed extension, refurbishment and alteration works to Macroom Community Hospital

Tender description

The Health Service Executive now propose a new extension, with and including internal alteration and refurbishment works to comply with statutory regulation SI 415/2013 and SI 293/2016 at Macroom Community Hospital. Accomodation comprises 22nr new build single occupancy bedrooms, 1nr new build double bedroom and 14nr refurbished beds all with ensuite facilities, residents family room, residents and visitors meeting room, ancillary support rooms, dinning room, store rooms, dirty utility rooms, changing rooms, recreation rooms, assisted bathroom, treatment room; Internal refurbishment of existing ward accomodation, ancillary support rooms, together with upgrade works to fire alarm system, emergency lighting system, general lighting and water services; together with and including external and ancillary site works.
