Partial demolition, material alterations and construction of single storey extensions to Houses 1 and 4. The works will include the following: a) Partial demolition of two holiday houses. b) Extend and incorporate new rooms onto existing houses. c) Removal of part of existing roofs and construction of new roofs to houses. d) Provision of new perimeter footpaths to houses. e) The completed works shall be in compliance with the Fire Safety Certificate and Disability Access Certificate for each building.
