Tender description

The Case Administrator will be responsible for providing support to the investigation and resolution of complex supply cases, to ensure the case team can work quickly to achieve outcomes as efficiently as possible. Key responsibilities and tasks include: - Monitoring shared mailbox and liaising with Case Manager to provide prompt response to new complex cases raised through the escalation process and support them through to closure - Arranging, attending and, where appropriate, participating in meetings and conference calls with relevant stakeholders. - Note taking, recording and monitoring actions - Monitoring next steps and ensuring they are followed up to closure - Ensuring cases are maintained and up to date on the case management database and any other relevant documentation
