Tender description

Dublin City Council (DCC) is seeking to establish a Multi-Party Framework Agreement for the procurement of works contractors for term maintenance and refurbishment work associated with the Energy Efficiency Retrofit to Dublin City Councils housing units in the Dublin City Council Areas marked out as Lots 1 to 12. Subject to there being sufficient responses it is envisaged that up to 10 operators may be appointed for each of the 12 frameworks. Tenderers can apply for inclusion in one, some, or all lots. Each lot is allocated €2million for 2 years. It is envisaged that each Lot will involve the allocation of an average of 40 houses per contract. This may increase subject to receiving additional funding for the project. Within each framework work will be allocated in tranches of 5 to 15 houses (average 10).
