Tender description
DVLA's Drivers Medical Group (DMG) require the contract to provide continuity of service for efficient, accurate and confidential screening and confirmation services for drugs of abuse, to assist the DVLA in determining an applicant or licence holder's medical fitness to hold a driving licence. DVLA are in the process of procuring the services via open competition, however, to ensure continuity of services during mobilisation and transition of the new services, which will include toxicology services and blood analysis, an additional 6 month contract was required with the incumbent provider.
