Tender description

Rutland County Council is seeking additional Homecare providers to appoint to a new framework contract. Providers who meet the Council's minimum requirements will be appointed and may be offered care packages throughout the County. Providers will be paid at the Council's specified hourly rate. Providers who are currently appointed to Rutland's existing Homecare Framework contract should not apply for the new framework. Both frameworks will operate side by side, having the same terms and conditions and expiry date of 31.3.2022 (or if extended, 31.3.2023). The new framework is to meet a shortfall in supply owing to the early withdrawal or termination of some providers on the existing framework. Please note: There are no minimum hours of care specified for each provider. Bidder must possess a valid CQC registration or they will be excluded. Providers who meet the Council's minimum requirements will be appointed to the new framework and may be offered care packages throughout the County subject to demand.
