Tender description

Conwy County Borough Council in collaboration with the Health Board and Denbighshire County Council is procuring research and consultancy services in respect of health and social care. The contract requirement is to: — evaluate existing health and social care provision to determine the extent in which it can meet current and future demand, including proposing models that will inform the future design and composition of services, and — scoping out data intelligence needs to allow for knowledge transfer and sustainable service management through technological solutions. The contract requirement is to undertake a detailed analysis across the health and social care system in Conwy and Denbighshire and formulate proposed models of service delivery.
