Grounds maintenance services

Tender description

1.1) The Embassy of Ireland, Canberra, 20 Arkana Street, Yarralumla, Act 2600, requires the services of a suitably qualified landscape gardening and ground maintenance company to: 1.1.1) Maintain and upgrade lawns; 1.1.2) Maintain and prune trees and hedges; 1.1.3) Maintain and replant as required flowerbeds, shrub beds, plant containers. The work will involve all ground maintenance services including grass-cutting, hedge trimming, preparation and planting of flower/shrub beds, weeding, watering, feeding of plant beds, removal of old flowers/shrubs, pruning, weeding, application of weed killer, fertilising, soil and compost replacement, and garden waste disposal. The service provider will be required to be on site a minimum of 2 days a week (between Monday and Friday) and allocate a minimum of 16 hours per week for 50 weeks for the provision of this service.
