Framework for the Supply & Delivery of an NIR Conveyor

Tender description

This Tender is to establish a Framework of supplier(s) to supply install and commission a NIR conveyor curing system. As this tender is to establish a Framework Agreement for the ongoing supply of this type of equipment, our requirements are not limited specifically to the specification detailed below and in the URS. CPI currently has a requirement to add a NIR Conveyor Curing system to its toolset list. Servicing and maintenance, spare parts and consumables are also to be covered under the scope of this contract. A near infra-red (NIR) drier system is required by the Formulation Business Unit within CPI, in Sedgefield UK. As an open access research organisation, we deal with a wide variety of inks and coating systems from decorative to food to microelectronic applications. Consequently, it is highly desired that the NIR curing system be adaptable to enable future proofing and allow for as wide a technological applicability as possible, therefore a modular conveyor based is needed
