Carlow County Council’s - Local Enterprise Office wish to organise an Export to Liverpool / Merseyside Programme in October/November 2020 for the purpose of giving LEO clients with limited export experience the opportunity to explore new markets. This programme is aimed at clients who have receipted financial assistance or have completed a LEAN for Micro programme with the Local Enterprise Office and have limited export potential. The Carlow County Council’s - Local Enterprise Office are now inviting tenders for the provision of a service which will include: • Provision of marketing collateral for pre-launch promotion by the LEOs • Selection/short listing of participants • Gearing up to export workshops • Gearing up to export one to one mentoring support • Tailored sales prospecting in Liverpool / Merseyside • Logistical management of a group market visit to Liverpool / Merseyside • Group market visit to Liverpool / Merseyside (2 nights) • Post visit impact assessment
