Swindon Borough Council invites expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the design supply and installation of part new heating solution at Clarence House Euclid Street Swindon SN1 2SG Project Description The contractor will be required to undertake mechanical and electrical works which is more particularly detailed in the tender documentation with a brief outline below: • Installation of new gas boilers, associated pumps, pipework and wiring • Installation of new controls, panels etc associated with the work • Removal of non-compliant pipework, existing boiler plant etc. Existing radiators to be retained. • Design Work as appropriate to the scheme The contract term will be 6 weeks Full details relating to the Works are provided in the tender documents.
