Tender description

The project aims to completely infill the subway and accesses levelling the approaches up to the existing footway in order to develop a more aesthetically pleasant and safer area for pedestrians and local residents. The following works are included in the scheme: Decommission of the services affected by the works Removal of existing subway elements, such as handrails, guardrails, parapets and bollards. Infilling of existing subway with concrete. Infilling existing access with class 1A granular material Surface the infilled approach areas as directed by the City of Wolverhampton. The Construction works are forecast to continue for a period of 2 months. The contract allows for a 6 months defects liability/rectification period. Keywords: Subway, Infill
