Tender description

This project is being undertaken, in order to capitalise on the success of current collaborations between key agencies and demonstrate a public centric, result driven strategy that delivers value for money. The programme of work that will be facilitated via this contract will relate to the Roads policing operating model (RPOM) that has been developed previously via a separate contract. The model draws upon campaign proven techniques and harnesses the value of collaboration across multiple stakeholders. The model benefits from and builds upon the experience and successes of Highways England (HE) and other partners within the NRPOI construct. The contract will be awarded to a single provider who will be required to provide (either directly or via sub-contracted arrangements) business consultancy, complex and transformational consultancy; strategic consultancy and the development of a tutelage documentation set, briefing material and identity to facilitate a potential national role out. This contract will behold upon the success of the previous contract (OJEU Notice Reference 2017-100398) and will continue along the same vein to facilitate further progress and developments in this area.
