Tender description

The BBC is looking to purchase a web based "Social Audience Engagement Console/Software". Using SMS and Social Media is a highly important component of live Radio and TV programmes. Programme makers need tools/services that allow them to easily read, curate and use messages within their programmes. Programmes also run competitions, votes and charity campaigns. The Contract will have an initial term of 3 years following completion of the implementation. Volumes of messaging and users are available in the procurement documents. The total value of the contract in II.1.5 is based on an estimate of a total 5 year contract.
