Tender description

1. Develop detailed design package to enable an application for Part 8 Planning Approval 2. Address any issues or changes arising as a result of Part 8 process and incorporate any planning requirements into the design. 3. Visit the site and carry out an initial appraisal 4. Produce, manage and implement a Site Investigations contract 5. Produce, manage and implement an Archaeological Investigations contract 6. Produce, manage and implement a Architectural/Heritage Assessment contract 7. Produce, manage and implement a Asbestos Survey contract 8. Produce, manage and implement a Topographical Survey contract 9. Produce, manage and implement an Environmental Survey contract if necessary 10. Produce, manage and implement any other third party contracts if necessary 11. Produce, manage and implement a Utilities/ Services Location contract 12. Prepare a Visitor Management Plan for the site 13. Allow for 10 workshops/meetings in relation to public consultation
