Tender description

The scope of this tender request is to provide prices for the provision of: • The services of an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to deal with any incidents that may occur on the Bishopstown Campus outside of normal opening hours. • The EMT must be provided with a suitable First Aid/Medical Kit bag complete with all necessary First Aid supplies to deal with incidents that may arise. • The hours required will be 5pm to 10pm Monday to Friday each week and 10am to 2pm on Saturday’s. On some occasions cover will be required to extend to midnight when the library remains open for exam study. This occurs on 15 nights typically in a given year. • The Service Provider will need to be currently registered with the Pre-Hospital Emergency Care Council (PHECC) • The staff to be assigned to CIT will all need to be Garda Vetted. • First Aid cover may be requested for other events at CIT on occasion as part of this tender (typically 1 or 2 per annum)
