Tender description

Ongo Homes (OH) wish to appoint suppliers to be part of their framework supporting the delivery of their marketing and communications activity. The framework will be split into 7 lots as follows: Lot 1: print only; Lot 2: design services only; Lot 3: merchandise and promotional goods; Lot 4: signage; Lot 5: photography; Lot 6: videography; Lot 7: distribution of printed marketing material and publications. The service will include providing advice on printing to ONGO’s in-house PR & Communications Team to ensure that the most cost-effective processes are used to produce print jobs including but not restricted to: — compliment slips, — branded envelopes, — corporate documents & brochures, — direct marketing – leaflets/flyers, — event material – posters/programmes, — stationery – letterheads, compliment slips, business cards for each company within the ONGO group, — customer magazines, — tenant newsletters, — letters to tenants – rent statements 4 times per year, rent increase letters, — mailout of quarterly rent statements to approximately 10 000 tenants plus other mailouts as and when required. This service could include digital adverts including social media templates, GIFs and web banners. Providing print ready design/artwork, including but not restricted to: — adverts, — annual report, — corporate documents, — direct marketing – leaflets/flyers, — event/exhibition – pop-ups/posters/programmes, — infographics, — signage, — stationery – letterheads, business cards, — tenant newsletter. In delivering this service, the provider will be asked to: — supply the original Illustrator and design files as and when required, — work alongside and support the in-house PR and communications team who will produce ad-hoc artwork when capacity allows, — liaise with appointed printers awarded a place on the framework agreement, at no extra cost, — deliver concepts, ideas and content for campaigns, — ensure creative work is in-line with our current brand and corporate identity, — develop literature and communications tools to reach customers with low literacy skills and with diverse needs. Including, but not exclusive to mugs, pens, notepads, key rings, internal and external banners and other promotional giveaways. These are ad-hoc, individual projects for example, building signage and internal signage. — these will be ad-hoc projects billed at either an hourly/half daily/daily rate or per project, — this work will include taking photos and editing them for ONGO’s use, — ONGO will own the photos once signed off and handed over by supplier. — these will be ad-hoc projects billed at either an hourly/half daily/daily rate or per project, — this work will include taking videos and editing them for ONGO’s use, — ONGO will own the videos once signed off and handed over by supplier. This will be for items such as the postage and packaging of Key News magazine, ONGO Homes rent statements or targeted mail. These jobs will be of varying quantities and specifications dependent on the job.
