Tender description
Cheshire East Borough Council (CEBC), a Unitary Council formed in April 2009, is currently undertaking a review to reduce its Estates portfolio. The programme to achieve this may include both the relocation of staff from various buildings throughout Cheshire East and within existing Corporate Buildings. In addition CEBC has some staff currently located within the Cheshire West and Chester area and will need to relocate these staff. In addition to the movement of staff, files and equipment, there is a requirement to dispose of any surplus furniture, which must be carried out in line with environmental practices and recycled, reused wherever possible.
