Wigan Council are seeking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor who will support the Asset Management Team, Growth and Housing with maintenance, improvement and other QS functions associated with managing Wigan Council’s housing stock of approximately 22,000 properties. Wigan Council will be utilising the NHS SBS Construction Consultancy v2 Framework (Lot 4 - Quantity Surveyor) to direct award to the chosen Provider
