Tender description

Enabling works to Grade B2 listed buildings 67 68 and 69, Ebrington Square to include treatment to eliminate wet and dry rot from the building, carrying out structural repairs, removal of existing sand cement render and re-rendering the external façade of the building with lime render and repair and replacement of roof structure and roof covering as necessary including rainwater goods. Works to be carried out by suitably qualified contractors and subcontractors, experienced in Conservation works and listed building restoration. Dry and wet rot treatment must be carried out by a PCA Qualified Technician (PCAQT) in Damp and Timber and works must be completed in adherence with the PCA Code of Practices and all relevant BSI documents.
