Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI), seeks tenders for admission to a multi-supplier framework agreement for the supply of temporary contract ICT personnel This will allow internal ICT management to concentrate on core business issues in providing a quality ICT service to its stakeholders; and obtain best value for money in terms of both the management effort required and the actual spend incurred. QQI expects that this will lead to savings and a more competitive ICT cost structure. The scope of the tender is for the formation of a panel of suppliers. QQI will from time to time, issue mini-tenders for the provision of resources with specific skills which may be filled by suppliers on the panel. QQI is issuing this Request for Tender (RFT) in order to select suppliers for admission to the framework.
