Technical Support: Final Phase Testing - Litter Monitoring System

Tender description

This is to provide notice of the intention to award a contract for the provision of technical and delivery support required during the final phase of testing of the new Litter Monitoring System prior to integration and implementation during 2021. A ten (10) day standstill period will be included before the signing of the contract. Final phase testing will include verifier functionality testing, along with data collection and sample generation development and testing. Training and information will be provided to Scottish Local Authorities to ensure they are system ready, while development of key metrics will be established for performance reporting.
