Tender description

Bagenalstown Swimming Club clg has been in existance since 1947 and a pool was first built at Leighlin Road, Bagenalstown, Co. Carlow in the 1950s. Much development work has been carried out over the years, and the current 25m heated pool and paddling pool are open to the public from June to late August each year . The following upgrades are now critical and are required to maintain the pool operations for the longer term. This work is dependent on LEADER Funding for which an Expression of Interest has been accepted by LEADER. The work required has been split into 3 lots. 1 - The removal of existing filters and the supply and installation of new filters as per the specification. 2 - The supply and installation of a rubber granule pool floor and pool decking area around the 25m Pool 3 - The supply and installation of a rubber granule pool floor and pool decking area around the paddling pool
