South Wales Trunk Road Agent (SWTRA) – Consultancy Services Framework 2021

Tender description

Neath Port Talbot Council/SWTRA will be undertaking a procurement for the provision of multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy services framework. The framework will address a significantly larger maintenance and improvement programme anticipated for 2021-2025 and thus SWTRA wishes to put in place a framework contract that will meet this increased programme of works. The purpose of this PIN is to inform the market of a prospective tendering opportunity and seek feedback from the market on potential framework models via a meet the buyer process where feedback may be considered in developing the chosen model. A Meet the Buyer event is being offered to prospective Tenderers who wish to meet with and discuss SWTRA’s service requirements and offer feedback on the structure of this framework and learn more about SWTRA and its role in the delivery of Welsh Government maintenance priorities. Should a prospective supplier wish to participate in a Meet the Buyer Event with SWTRA and a representative from Welsh Government, they should contact Neath Port Talbot Council using the details provided in Section I.1 above, by no later than Friday 9th October 2020 to register your interest.
