Tender description

Lincolnshire County Council will be undertaking a procurement in line with Regulations 74-76 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (PCR), the Light Touch Regime, and pursuant to Regulation 76(7) of the PCR, for Lot 1: Adult Care and Wellbeing Housing Related Support Services; Lot 2: Youth Housing Supported Accommodation Service. Lincolnshire County Council will be undertaking a procurement in line with Regulations 74-76 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (PCR), the Light Touch Regime, and pursuant to Regulation 76(7) of the PCR, for a housing Related Support (HRS) service. The Housing Related Support Service will provide high quality and accessible direct support, available to eligible adults in Lincolnshire who are either threatened with homelessness or are experiencing homelessness. The service will offer two individual components of support, and offer tailored support based on those with moderate and those with more intensive needs. The two individual components are floating support and accommodation based support. The contract will run for an initial 3 year duration with the option to extend for a further period or periods of up to 2 years. Lincolnshire County Council will be undertaking a procurement in line with Regulations 74-76 of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 (PCR), the Light Touch Regime, and pursuant to Regulation 76(7) of the PCR, for a Youth Housing Supported Accommodation Service. Lincolnshire County Council has a statutory duty to assess the needs of homeless 16-17 year olds and provide access to suitable accommodation, and ensure that Lincolnshire Looked After Children (LAC) up to age 18 years and care leavers up to age 21 years are accommodated appropriately. The service shall provide high quality, suitable and safe supported accommodation to young people within Lincolnshire who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. The contract will run for an initial 3 year duration with the option to extend for a further period or periods of up to 2 years.
