The successful supplier will be required to provide cleaning services for Lytham St Annes High School. The successful supplier will be required to provide cleaning services for Lytham St Annes High School. Contract value = GBP 150 000 per annum approx Lytham St Annes High School is a popular, happy and highly successful school of some 1 500 students, that takes immense pride in its position at the heart of the community. The school hosts a wide variety of community activities. Lytham St Annes High School is a Trust school and a leading school with international partnerships and programmes, recognised by the British Council. The school is housed in buildings of various ages and conditions with a programme of building replacement in place. The latest being a new technology building, now nearing completion. The school is looking for a cleaning partner who is a good communicator, reliable, trustworthy, flexible and can demonstrate consistently high standards of cleanliness with strong, consistent support and clear direction provided to the on-site cleaning team. The contract is for an initial period of 3 years commencing 24 October 2020, with the option to extend for a further 2 years.
