The Council wishes to develop the site at Redcar Drive and is seeking a detailed planning application to convert the site into a cohesive and more legible estate arrangement that is fit for the 21st Century recognising the need for more high quality housing, development that is both environmentally sustainable and delivered at pace. Delivers a target of at least 110 new homes or identifies why this is either not possible or preferable and Incorporates modern methods of construction (MMC) and an accelerated delivery.
