The Refurbishment of an Former Sisters of Mercy Primary School within the curtilage of Tulla Convent 1880 (a protected structure) to provide a refurbished floor area of Approx 189 m2 over two floors, the demolition of existing single storey site structures to rear of school building and construction of proposed new single storey extension adjoining existing primary school building with a floor area pf Approx 228m2 including stair core to access first floor of existing building, including all associated sites works and services, at Conc na Gaoithe, Chapel Street, Tulla, Co Clare.
