Prior Information Notice: The Commissioners of Public Works in Ireland intend to procure the services of one or more firms to supply professional staff to assist in the monitoring of an ongoing construction project in Backweston, Co. Kildare, Ireland. The individuals proposed will be required to have appropriate qualifications, professional registrations and experience to carry out the duties (to be specified) while based on site. They may include engineers, architects, quantity surveyors, and other construction related professionals - details will be published in the Contract Notice(s). Interested parties are requested to monitor https://www.etenders.gov.ie/ and/or the Official Journal of the European Union (ted.europa.eu) for the Contract Notice or Notices. Interested parties should be aware that contracts may be offered in one or multiple lots. Interested parties are warned that the period for completion and receipt of tender submissions following publication of a Contract Notice may be as little as ten days. This is a Prior Information Notice and not a call for competition – a call for competition may be placed within the next 12 months. The Commissioners of Public Works in Ireland does not require a response to this Prior Information Notice and reserve the right to not proceed with this procurement.
