Panel of Provider for Community Based Support Services for People with Learning Disabilities or Mental Health Needs

THIS RE-OPENING IS FOR ADDITIONAL ORGANISATIONS TO BE ADDED TO THE MEMBERSHIP. Existing Panel members need not re-apply unless they are submitting for additional Lots not awarded previously. This Provider Panel will become the principal mechanism to the used by Durham County Council and Clinical Commissioning Groups for North Durham, and Durham Dales, Easington and Sedgefield, for procuring support services for people with Learning Disabilities or people who have Mental Health needs in County Durham. The Agreement is to provide (on a non-exclusive basis as called off from time to time) services within County Durham for Durham County Council Clinical Commissioning Groups for North Durham, and Durham Dales, Easington and Sedgefield ("the Contract"). The scope of the work commissioned through the Provider Panel Agreement will generally, but not exclusively, involve providing domiciliary support to people in their own homes, including in Supported Living environments.
