PAN2189 - Removal of Abandoned Equine from Leicester City Council Land

.Leicester City Council wishes to appoint a Supplier with suitable and experienced bailiffs to remove equines from its land under the provisions (and observing requirements) of the Animals Act 1971, Control of Horses Act 2015 and other relevant legislation and local byelaws. The proposed Contract will be for one year with options to extend for up to a period or periods totalling no more than a further four years.
