Overnight Visiting Concierge Service

Tender description

Medway Council seeks to provide a visiting night time concierge service to ensure the safety of people placed in emergency/short term accommodation in Medway. Typically this will be B&B/Guesthouse/Hotel and we are looking for a service to make regular visits to these properties during the night and to respond to any calls regarding issues at the properties (e.g. anti social behaviour) and manage situations arising, de-escalating where appropriate. The ability to deliver a quality service with a short timescale to be up and running will be key to the success of this project.
