NO3111456B- Completion of Enabling Works to allow the Installation of a CT Scanner at Causeway Hospital

Tender description

Internal works will comprise the breaking through of internal blockwork partitions to create new door openings and an enlarged control room. New glazed viewing screen window to be installed within the control room, with lead lined structural shielding to be applied to walls, floors and ceiling. All rooms disturbed by the works will receive new surfaces finishes (e.g. decoration, flooring etc). Similarly the affected rooms will receive a mixture of new work benches, data, lighting and power. Mechanical ventilation / cooling will also be required within the scanner room. CT Scanner to be installed by a Specialist following completion of the Enabling Works, however Principal Contractor may be required to assist.
