Tender description

The Health Partnerships Team, which is based in Leeds City Council, is looking to put in place contractual arrangements with a suitable locally qualified and experienced organisation to deliver a new website. We have prepared a detailed brief which outlines the scope of the web development project, the proposed budget and timeline. We are carrying out an initial exercise to help determine the level of interest from organisations, as well as the viability of our project. As part of this phase we are asking interested organisations to provide brief answers to a few questions. After the Market Sounding Exercise is complete we will make a decision about whether to take the project to the next phase and launch a formal procurement. It should be noted, that if the MSE shows us that the project is not viable without significant changes to the brief, we may choose to stop the project. Keywords: Market Sounding Exercise
